Job description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Agronomist to join our team at REDSHIPEX.
As an Agronomist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to farmers.
You will work closely with farmers to optimize crop production, enhance sustainability practices, collect data and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the research and development team to conduct field trials, evaluate new products, and develop innovative farming practices.
Influence and educate farmers on sustainable farming practices, conservation methods, and environmental stewardship.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agricultural suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
Provide technical advice and guidance to farmers on crop selection, planting techniques, pest management, and crop rotation strategies.
Monitor crop growth, identify diseases or pest infestations, and develop effective solutions to mitigate risks and optimize yield.
Keep abreast of the latest advancements in agronomy, farming techniques, and technological innovations to provide up-to-date recommendations to farmers.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field. Proven experience in agronomy, farm and crop management, preferably in the agricultural industry. Minimum 3 years of work experience in the similar field is a must.
